2021 Virtual Fall Business 会议

The New York State Association of REALTORS® 2021 Fall Business 会议 will now be an all-virtual event. Out of an abundance of caution for our member’s safety, NYSAR has cancelled the in-person portion of the Fall Business 会议 at Turning Stone. Committee meetings will be held the week of September 20-24 and from October 4-6.

在这个会话, REALTORS® will learn about statistics and data released regarding homeownership disparities in NYS and SONYMA’s new products addressing these gaps for the underserved communities, 包括颜色群落.  REALTORS® will be given resources to access lenders and homeownership  counselors in the program to  help their prospective buyers’ dream of homeownership become a reality.

All attendees are encouraged to participate in their board’s caucus to share details about the committee meetings attended in preparation for Wednesday’s 董事会 meeting.  The caucuses are organized reflecting board/association size rather than region.

  • Small Board Caucus: fewer than 400 members
  • Medium Board Caucus: between 400 – 999 members
  • Large Board Caucus: between 1,000 – 9,999 members
  • Jumbo Board Caucus: 10,000 or more members –

The purpose of the caucuses is to educate the members on action items that will be presented to the 董事会. The remaining time may be used to discuss other matters such as NYSAR committee meeting activities. The caucuses will be run by an appointee of the Executive Committee who will report back to the full Executive Committee.
